New Look, Same Us

As you may remember, we kicked off 2021 with a big announcement – our change in leadership! Our brand-new partners, James and Jaylene, grasped hold of the Smart Savvy baton and have been running full speed since then. 

Their dedication, innovation, and unwavering commitment to our company’s mission have already brought about exciting changes and opportunities for growth. Let’s take a moment to reflect on some of the remarkable milestones they’ve achieved in the short time they’ve been at the helm.

The past year has brought all kinds of exciting new shifts – new team members, and more seemingly serendipitous matches… But the biggest (or, at least, the most obvious) is our new appearance. 

With all the changes taking place, we thought it’d be a good time to review our brand and update our look. Something a little lighter, a little brighter – a glow-up of sorts. (That’s what the kids call it these days, right?) 

An updated website was first on our wish list. Our former site served us so well over the years. But our needs changed. And it was time for us to catch up. 

Last summer, we contacted our friends at Monday Creative to help us sort out this new stage of the business. They guided us through branding exercises, listened to our hopes, dreams, and ideas, and – according to our interpretation of events – sprinkled magic dust all over our rambling thoughts to *poof* produce a reimagined brand along with this new look and feel. (And we love it!) 

Then, Forge + Smith took all the amazing work done up to that point and turned it into this. (*gestures around at the website*) Their team turned our fancy new brand guidelines into a fully functioning website. (And – again! – we love it!) 

Our first priority was to update our website. Our previous site served us well over the years, but our evolving needs required a change. Last summer, we reached out to our trusted partners at Monday Creative to guide us through branding exercises, listen to our aspirations, and, as we see it, sprinkle a bit of magic dust over our scattered ideas to create a reimagined brand and this fresh look and feel (which we absolutely love!).

Subsequently, Forge + Smith took all the fantastic work that had been done and transformed it into what you see here today (gestures around at the website). Their talented team brought our new brand guidelines to life with a fully functional website that we couldn’t be happier with.

We’re excited about this new chapter in our journey and the vibrant, updated brand that represents it. Thank you for joining us on this exciting ride!
